Jared Blair

Director of Restaurants
A true hospitality hustler and founding member of Forgotten Coast Restaurant Group, Jared worked his way to the top in every concept he has been part of, overseeing Operations for major franchises, ultimately assuming ownership of Toucan’s in Mexico Beach. Passion points: efficiency, clean kitchens, Noah and Nina, FSU.
Jason Bogan

Vice President, Hotels + Restaurants
The quintessential hospitality executive with a proven track record of producing positive results while creating fun work environments, Jason boasts nearly 20 years of industry experience and is particularly enthusiastic about Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. Passion points: ROI, punctuality, snacks, 80’s & 90’s country music, crazy socks, chicken wings.
Katharine Etchen Couillard

Creative Director
A Kentucky-native and Florida-wannabe, Katharine has spent 20+ years in marketing, joy-spreading, and creative services with a strong focus on food and design, and no bigger obsession than the Forgotten Coast. Passion points: logos, gallery walls, camp, field hockey, wiener dogs.
Cutler Edwards

Chief Strategy Officer
A Gulf Coast native, Cutler spent years working on the West Coast before returning to Florida to rediscover his roots and focus on the study of consumer choice, leisure activity, and travel practices. Passion points: education, the big picture, grammar, local beer, golf carts, Marilyn Brogan jewelry.

Chief Revenue Officer
A Gulf County-native and founding member of Cape & Coast, Heather is a quick-witted, hard working, and effortless leader with a sharp ability to navigate the regional vacation rental market and anticipate industry trends. Passion points: performance-driven profitability, algorithms, levity, comedy shows.
Samantha Kilbourn

Vice President, Development
A self-starter and natural born project manager, Sam is a proven professional with design, construction, and development expertise refined over 20+ years of being a Licensed Building Contractor in Florida. Passion points: project management, team coordination, bringing it all together, power tools, white wine, unicycling.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Founding member of Cape & Coast with nearly twenty years of property management and vacation rental experience in the Panhandle, Sarah is a steadfast leader, loyal brand steward, and impressively multi-talented. Passion points: positive attitudes, teamwork, Port St. Joe, swear jars, coastal living.
Patrick Lee

Director of Restaurants
Founding member of Forgotten Coast Restaurant Group and Florida native, Pat has an impressive acumen developed over 30 years working for world-renowned food service organizations before taking ownership of Toucan’s in Mexico Beach. Passion points: exceeding expectations, brand ambassadors, selling t-shirts, daddy/daughter dances.

Executive Chef + Food & Beverage Director
A Gulf Coast native and Johnson & Wales Culinary School graduate, Chef Edward’s impressive career working with James Beard Award-winning chefs in restaurants around the country fueled his passion for and return to the Forgotten Coast. Passion points: local oysters, wine menus, family meals, Labradors.

Marketing Director
A Gulf Coast native with 10+ years of experience marketing in luxury hospitality, Olivia’s refined design palate and strategic approach to marketing delights and inspires while driving awareness and success.
