What This Means for You

Effective immediately, Paychex will be available from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday to help with: 

  • Payroll Management: Assistance with paycheck-related queries, including direct deposits, pay stubs, and tax withholdings.

  • Benefits Administration: Information on health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement savings, and other employee benefits.

  • COBRA: Guidance on continuing your health insurance coverage after employment ends or other qualifying events

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA): Support with leave requests under FMLA for qualifying medical and family reasons.

  • Workers’ Compensation: Assistance with claims and information regarding workplace injuries and compensation.

  • Wage Garnishments: Handling court-ordered garnishments and related inquiries.

  • General HR Inquiries: Any other HR-related questions you may have.

To support you during this transition and beyond, Paychex has established an Employee Service Center dedicated to addressing your needs:
